Full Spectrum is devoted to making the fields of music industry and music technology more diverse and inclusive. In both education and the workplace, music industry and music technology share with many STEM fields cultural and structural barriers that disproportionally affect women and minorities. Full Spectrum supports research and programming that endeavors to explain why this is, and what can be done about. This initiative puts scholarship and practice in dialogue to raise awareness and foster discussions that are crucial for preparing the next generation of music industry leaders and music technology innovators. The future is full spectrum.
